* [Per Press Association.] INVERCARGILL, June 11. In the case of J. Gaird v. A. Muir, claim £1100, for breach of agreement regarding the sale- of flax, the jury returned a ver- j diet for plaintiff for £56. Argument on legal points waa reserved*. The Court is now hearing the case or J. Macalister v. J. and E. Clark, claim £306 for breach of agreement regarding the purchase of a threshing mill and plant.
