WRECKAGE AT PORT STEPHENS.
I (Received June 10, 9.82 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 10. Amongst the wreckage washed ashore at Port Stephens were large quantities of peanuts, which had! evidently formed a portion of the cargo of some vessel. [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, June 10. George Blaikie, a resident of Waitahuna for twenty-four years, was accidentally killed last evening whilst- engaged in sharp ening the knives of a chaffcutter.
