WELLINGTON, June 3. In the Appeal Courb this morning the question of an appeal to the Privy Council in the Chalmers licensing care was mentioned, but as the affidavits in the case were only filed this morning the application was allowed to stand over until the ordinary sitting of the Court on June 29. Judgment under the Public Works Act Amendment Act, 18^ was also put forward until June 29.
