The Paris newspapers, " Journal des Debats " and " Le Temps " condemn Mr Chamberlain. Tho American newspapers exhibit little disposition to quarrel with England, even if America suffers. They emphasise the fact that American -trade with Protectionist Australia has increased 22 per cent within a decade.
