IN DIVORCE.
Fanny Behren (Mr Stringer) asked for dissolution of her marriage, on the grour.d3 of her husband's desertion. He had left her in 1892, and disappeared for four years. Then she ascertained his whereabouts, and obtained an order against him for maintenance. He paid for a short time, and then again changed his place of residence. Since then she had not heard of him.
Corroborative- evidence was given by the petitioner's s-on.
His Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three month!?.
