Wanaka on her passage from &cwci'stlc to Lyttelton, were each fined 40s, with three weeks' imprisonment in de- ' Cast; "R'kmandko.— Hugh M'llroy was charged With having stolen tlie sUlh of £4, tho property of L. Wilson. On tho'application of the police, tho ease was remanded till Jun. 23.
