[From Our Courkspoxdent.] DU'NEDIX, Jan. 151 At Middle-march, yesterday, a charge against .Annie Webb, licensee of the Kailway Hotel, o: selling liquor on Sunday to Margaret was dismissed. 'Maagaiet Boyd, although summoned, did not- appear. The Magistrate said he had to consideri whether, in the absence of tke ■witness, the case was strong enough to' justify conviction.
