* A STEERAGE PASSENGER CUTS HIS THROAT . [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Dec. 22. During the voyage of the Zealandia from Sydney, a steerage passenger named William Baker, bonked to Auckland, committed suicide. He was found in his bunk with his throat cut by a razor.
