[FrOSI OUR CORRESrONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Dec. 22. The Native Minister will leave for Auckland to-morrow morning for the purpose of unveiling the Scott memorial on Saturday. He will subsequently visit North Auckland • aind the King Country on Native business. The Government steamer TutanEkai returned from a circuit of the northern lighthouses at midnight, having accomplished the journey in the splendid time of thirteen and^ a. half days, -which is far the best on record. She was favoured with exceptionally fine weather.
