Father John of Cronstadt, the famous priesfc of Moscow, who is credited with tho power of miracle working, recently returned from a journey to Kostroma., about 200 miles from Moscow, undertaken for tho purpose of checking tha spread of the new sect who worship him as the Messiah. He held -services in tho local churches, to which the leaders of the- sect were commanded to attend, and lift specially ad- i dressed them, telling them that he was the sumo flesh and blood as themselves.
