A VETERAN'S OFFER. [Per Press Association. j WELLINGTON, Sept. 15. A deputation from the New Zealand Veterans' Association has offered the services of the Association to the Government as a third) line of the colony's defence. It was pointed out that theic services would be valuablo for garrison duty. Tho Minister of Defence promised to bring the offer before the Cabinet. •
