FORECAST OF THE REPORT. [From Ottr Correspondent.] * WELLINGTON, Sept, 15. The members of the Transports Contingent Commission will meet finally to consider their report on Wednesday, and it is anticipated that the report will reach the hinds of the . Governor on ' Friday. It is , understood that the laxity of discipline on the Orient was established by evidence, and it may be concluded that the report -win say so in <no unmeasured terms. No want of discipline was iproved as regards ithe Britannic. The charges of ansumciency of food also fail, but tihe complaints legarding imperfeot cooking will, in all likelihood, be. substantiated/ •
