THE VICTORIAN DISQUALIFICATIONS. United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph — Copyright. (Received Jan. 8, 9.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Jan. 8. The Victorian League of Wheelmen has reduced Beauohanip's disqualification in connection with the Austral Wheel Race Meeting, to twelve months, arid decided that he was guilty of riding in Martin's interest. Esler's three months' disqualification was made terminable on Jam. 20.
