Satttbday, Jan. 4. _ (Before Mr W. Radcliffe, J.P.) Dbunkkxness. — Edward Lon.s wais convicted of having bsen drunk, and was fined 10s. with forty-eigh* hours' imprisonment in default. A Brawl. — Andre ScMeld and Edward Kayson pleaded guilty to having been drunk and disorderly. Sergeant Rirtlodge stated that after eleven o'clock on Fridiay night the two men were fighting at a boardingihouse. Some persons cams running to the police station crying "Murder." The police -went out and found the house in an uproar. The accused were each fined 20s, with fourteen days' imprisonment in default. . • *
