MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM FOR-
FEITURE DISMISSED.
At the Supreme Court this morning His Honor Mr Justice Denniston gave judgment in the New Brighton Hotel case, in which 8,. James, the -lessee, thadi applied {or a motion relieving iim from forfeiture of . lease of the hotel for having broken the terms of the covenant by 'having the license endorsed for Sunday 'trading. His Honor dismissed the motion, with £10 10* costs. Mr Fisher appeared for the landlord.
