PRESENTATIONS.
At the close of the usual fortnightly meeting of the committee of the Kaiapoi Clothing Factory Sick Benefit Society last night, Mr Banks, the President of the Society, on behalf of the committee, presented Miss S. Wilson with a handsome Kaiapoi travelling rug, on the occasion of her marriage. In making the presentation, Mr Banks referred to the great interest Miss Wilson had for years taken in the affairs of the Society, and to the amount of time she had ungrudgingly given in visiting sick members.
