The Opposition and the Labour Party have joined forces owing to the Premier's threat that if the Legislative Council rejects the Bill he will ask for a dissolution of both Houses. It is expected that a want of confidence motion will be tabled in the Legislative Assembly to-day. The Opposition claim to have a majority of one.
