Accompanied by his brother, he proceeded to Nantes, and afterwards to somewhere in South France. "L"Aurore" has publshed a declaration from Dreyfus, in which he says: — "Freedom without honour counts for nothing. I strive after reparation, of a judicial error until the whole of France admits my innocence." The revisionist journals are glad of the release, while the anti-Dreyfusard journals denounce the weakness of the Government. M. Loubet declares that the liberation was an act of humanity. Some of the Ministry consider it an act of justica. LONDON.. Sept, 21. The " Daily Chronicle's " address of sympathy to 'Madame Dreyfus was signed by 112,130 persons, including peers, officers, artists, members of all classes of the community, and members of the Gladstone family. The Exhibition boycott is collapsing.
