COURT OF APPEAL.
[Per Phess Association.] WELLINGTON, May 17. Argument in the case of Allen v. Mornson, and others was continued in the- Court of Appeal throughout to-day, and has not yet concluded. Counsel for the appellant finished their addresses early in the afternoon, after which Sir R. Stout addressed the Court on behalf of the respondents. Mr I Joynt followed on the same side, and had I Hot concluded when the Court rose. •
