NAPIER PARK RACING CLUB.

[Per Press Association.] Second Day. NAPIER, March 23. The weather was fine for the second day's racing of the Napier Park Eacing Club's Autumn Meeting, and the attendance . was large. The racing was excellent, but marred by an accident to Mitchell in the Trial Hurdle Eace, Barbarossa falling on him. His collarbone was broken, and he was sent to the hospital in an unconscious condition. The amount passed through the totalisator was .£5660, making a total of >810,620 for the meeting, a considerable falling off from last year's total.. Following are details of the racing : — • -. As they swept into the straight, Tirant d'Eau joined Woodstock, and the pair fought out a great struggle, which resulted in a dead beatj with Martyrdom two lengths away third. Time — 2min 12sec.
