: The annual meeting of this Board was held at the Corn Exchange, Rangiora,yesterday afternoon ; present— Messrs E. Mulcock, J. Lilly and M. Duncan..., Mr Mulcock was re-elected chairman .fosvthe. year. The balance-sheet showed the/r e- • ceipts to have been .£l9 3s Bd, expenditure: .615 lis- Bd, and the statement of assets iand liabilities showed a credit balance of -8162 8s 7d, A letter was received from the Rangiora Cricket Club, suggesting that a charge should be made to picnic parties coming from outside the district to use.the Domain, and that the revenue from. that -puree should, be handed, to the club to assis.t.in keeping the cricket pitch in order. T^e" Board was favourably disposed to.wajds'.'.the.' proposal, but held over the ( lejt;-er to the next meeting. The meeting then ended. "
