In connection with the Amalgamation of the Four-in-Hand Gold-Mining Company with the Cuirassier, Coromandel, the bask . agreed upon was that tne, Cuirassier shareholders should receive 15,000 shares in the New Four-in-Hand Company, and that the working capital should consist of .£7500 in. 75,000 shares of 2s each. In accordance with the terms of the amalgamation, the Four-in-Hand Company agreed to purchase the Tainui Special Claim and the Cuirassier Company's Tainui Extended- Claim. The capital of the company is , to be increased by the creation of 15,000 shares of 2s each, paid up to 7d. . Home and Johnson, who hold a tribute in the Kapanga mine, Coromandel, had their specimens crushed for the splendid yield of 3300z of gold, worth about .£IOOO. The general dirt, which is very rich, has still to be treated. This is estimated to be worth another ,£SOO. Yesterday these tributors secured another. 751 bof .specimens.
