.•■'■ ♦ ■OFFICIAL VISIT TO DUNE DIN. T [Per Press Asrooiation.l DTJNEDIN, March 21. Miord Ranfurly, with Lady Eaufurly and arty, arrived this afternoon on an official isit. A large crowd met the train at the ailway station, the Engineers forming .guard of hononr, while the Hussars prmed an escort, and the Garrison JanA played the National Anthem. The 3ov«rnor was met by the Mayor, Town touacillors, members ot the Legislature md others, and was tben driven to the Town Hall, where a loyal address was presented by the Mayor. The Eev T. G. Brook presented an address on behalf of the Orangemen. His Excellency was afterwards driven round the town, visiting the hospital and museum.
