United Press Association— By Electric TelegraphCopyright. Beceived March 22, 9.45 a.m. PERTH, March 22. A fire at Menzies destroyed a block of buildings, the damage amounting to .£BOOO. A man i 9 supposed to have perished in the flames. MELBOURNE, March 22. The report of the Board of Enquiry into the recent fire throws no fresh light on the origin. It recommends the strengthening of the brigade and its equipment and the increase of the water supply.
