|_Per Press Association*/! WAtfGANUT, March 17. The Wanganui regatta to-day was spoiled by inclement weather. The races were rowed over the championship course, of which the visiting crews from Wellington speak highly. The Wellington Eowing Club won the Maiden Fours, with the Stars second. The "Wangnnni Bowing Club won the Senior Fours, after a grand race with the Arainaho crew, the duly other starter. The Wellington Sowing Club also won the Junior Clinkers, tho Union (Wanganui) won the Junior Outrigger and theArumaho Boating Club the Senior Fours. A ladies' four-oared race was an interesting feature of the regatta. The position of the barquentine St Kilda, ashore outside the heads, is much the same. Captain Bendall, of the Marine Underwriters' Association, arrived this' afternoon.
