Lord Salisbury rallies but slowly from his recent illness, and his medical adviser insists that a holiday is imperative. Beceived March 16, 12.30 a.m. LONDON, March 15. An official bulletin issued by Sir William Broad bent, Lord Salisbury's medical adviser, states that the patient's health unfits him for the Foreign Office work until he has obtained si complete rest and change of air. Mr A. J. Balfour will therefore relieve Lord Salisbury at the Foreign Office.
