MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.
The Rising Star of Richmond, No. 33, Loyal Orange Lodge, h^ld its monthly meeting in the Foresters' Hall on 1 March 11, when Bro J, BPCauslaind, W.M., . presided. Bro J. Halligan occupied the! deputy-chair, and there was a .large attend- ' ance of visitors to meet the R.W.G.M. Bro : J. Hilton, Avith the general secretary, Bro J. Caygil!. The Grand Master complimented the Lodge on its flourishing appearance. One brother joined by clearance . and one candidate was proposed. The Lodge afterwards adjourned to the refectory, where songs and recitations were given by visiting brethren.
