ASHBURTON HORSE SALE.
There was a very small entry of horses it this sale on Saturday. Good draughts maintained their value, and fetched up to .£24 10s. Other sort3 realised their value, but there was little spirit in the sale. 3n Friday Messrs Haniner and Graves aeld a clearing sale for Mr David Wilson, >f Sherwood, and disposed of the whole of iis farm stock and implements. The sale was well attended and every lot was sold it fair market rates.
