CYCLING.
A meeting of tlhe committee of the Christchurch Cycling Club wns held in the rooms, Cashel Street, on Thursday night ; present — Messrs W. E. Thompson, captain (who presided), E. L. Adams, A. Hobbs, W. G. Williams, T. Clarkson and S. Harris. The Secretary reported that the profit on tho two race meetings just held amounted to .£72. The whole of the prize-money, amounting to ,£l6O, had been paid over. Accounts amounting to ,£37 os were passed for payment. Mr G. Sutherland, winner of the New Zealand Wheel Race, was elected a member of the club.
