Best bullocks £8 to -C 9 los ; ordinary, -66 to £7 103 ; light, £4 to _E5 10s ; best cows, £5 10s to £7 ; good, ■£•!■ to ,£5 os. Fat Sheep— Only 390 were penned, but this number proved equal to requirements. Prices showed no improvement. Prime cross-bred wethers (shorn) 8s Gd to 10s. ono pen extra prime lis 9d, best ewes (shorn) 7s Gd to 9s, ordinary 4s Gd to 7s, cross-bred ewes in wool up to lis Gd. Fat lambs — 69 1 were penned.
