PEESIDENT EAUEE'S RECEPTION. [Ter Press Assooiation.l ST PETEESBUKG-, August 27. M. Eaure has distributed many honours to Ministers and courtiers as well aa costly gifts. Over three hundred honours have been conferred on the army and navy. The Czar has given presents to M. Hanotaux and the Prench officers. The Czar took farewell of M. Eaure aboard the Eussian cruiser, the President kissing the Empress's hand. Speaking at the luncheon, M. Eaure referred to the graceful and superb welcome accorded by the Eussian people. These great events established an intimate friendship between. ITrance and Eussia, who were now" two friendly and allied nations united] in brotherly order. The Czar, in) replying, made complimentary allusions to .France.
