THE PEACE PEOPOSALS. [Per Press Association.! LONDON, August 26. The Standard says that most of the Powers are inclined to adopt i_ord Salisbury's view with regard to limiting the foreign financial control, oi: Greece to the revenues assigued for the purposes of the war indemnity loauAugust 27. Lord Salisbury proposes that Great Britain, France and Eussia shall guarantee the Greek indemnity loan and control the revenues assigned as security.
