Sentenced to two months'iniprisonment. Prohibition Orders.—Two men applied for prohibition orders against themselves, and the orders were issued. Unattended Vehicle.—William Henry Bowen was fined 5s and costs for leaving his horse and cart unattended. Bicycle on Footpath.-W. Barnett, who pleaded guilty to riding a bicycle on a footpath, was fined 5s and costs 9s. Lighting a Fire.—Mrs Van. Asch was charged with unlawfully lighting a fire in ; Hagley Park on Jan. 8. Mr Jekyll appeared to plead guilty for accused, who was not present in Court, but as he was nota solicitor the Bench did not see their way to hear him. Accused was fined 5s andcosts9s, whichMr Jekyllpaid. ; Bathing During Prohibited Hours. —Three boys who were charged with bathing in the Avon during prohibited hours wprfi di<?misßPfl wi-hli n r>niitinn were aismissea wn;na cauuon. Unregistered Dogs.—Frederick Denham, who did not appear, was charged with keeping an unregistered dog, and was fined 10s.—Mary Simpson, who wrote acknowledging the offence, wasfinedss.Henry Paget was charged with a similar offence. The accused produced three registration receipts,-and the case was dismissed.—William* Barrett, on a similar ■■ _ _ - » i-i • _. charge was fined ss.—A like case against Alexander Gordon was dismissed, as the dog's age was not proved. —
