THE PROBABLE PROGRAMME. [Per Press Association^ MELBOURNE, Dec. 29. Mr Turner has received a cable message from Mr Seddon agreeing to hold the proposed Intercolonial Reciprocity Conference at Hobart, at the time of the Federal Council meeting, and fixing Feb. 2 as the date of the conference. Besides reciprocity, other matters likely to be discussed are the terms of the continuance of the subsidy to the auxiliary squadron, Federal defence, holding a convention in London between representatives of tho Imperial Government and those of all the British colonies, with the view of binding the Empire more closely, and finally, celebrating tho completion of the sixtieth year of the Queen's reign.
