Wednesday, Oct. 7. (Before Mr J. T. Brice, J.P., and Mr A. Chalmers, J.P.) Civil Case. — Marian. Clark V. John Banks, claim .£1 9s, balance of amount ,due on judgment summons. Mr .Naldei for plaintiff. Defendant was ordered tc pay the amount forthwith, or in defauli seven days' imprisonment. Borough By-laws. —By agreement, i number of informations against residents for keeping fowls within the borough con , trary to the recently -passed by-law wer< adjourned for a fortnight, to be dealt witl by the Stipendiary Magistrate.
