[Per Press Association.! MELBOURNE, Oct. 5. Fort has been scratched for the Caulfield Cup, and Leonidas and Fort for the Melbourne Cup. Marusa has been supported to the extent of 5000 for the Caulfield Cup, aud vow 10 to 1 is the best offer. Newhaven is favourite for the Melbourne Cup at S to 1, and Resolute is nest at 14 to 1.
