DEFEAT OP THE INSURGENTS. [Per Press Association.] MADEID, Sept. 10. The Philippine Island troops defeated the insurgents, and killed 58 of tbem." Marshal Blanco, the Spanish Go-vernor-General there, has ordered the execution of several, wealthy supporters of the agitation, and has exiled 350 others.
