[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, May 14.. The Native Parliament at Tokaanu .\as prorogued. A petition to the Queen is to have ill rther signatures appended, and an embassy is to be despatched to England next year. The treaty of Wai^angi is the basis of the grievances. A heavy north-easter prevails. There is bad weather on the coast, and coasting steamers have taken shelter. Vessels which have arrived state that there is heavy weather and sea outside. The brigantine Ocean Rover, from Lyttelton to Noumea, put into Russell with her spars and rigging badly damaged. A Maori named Nuta, said to be one hundred and twenty years old, is missing in the'Coromandel Ranges. Search parties have been unsuccessful .
