At the Arbitratioa Coarb this morning, Mr Harris, sdlicitor for tbe Midland Company, filed a list of proclamations objeoted to by the Company «c not made in accordance with the terms of the contract. The list includes all except eight of the reserves made by the Government for mining purposes. Wfth regard to Block 54, Nelson District, the Company doea not dispute that the greater portion of this' block is required for goldmining purposes, but says that the northern port'ons of the surveyed allotmente t |comprising 380 acres, and containing valuable depobita of coal and covered with valuable timber, are improperly included within the boundaries of such block.
