Market Reports.

♦ The return to fine weather, with good drying winds, is a very welcome change to agriculturists, and will permit the . resumption of shearing operations, which have been' greatly retarded owing to the continuance of Bhowery weather. Locally, in the produce market the transactions continue of an unimportant charaoter, as usual at this season of the year. Our wheat market continues unaffected by the cables advising Californian purchases for New South Wales, though local buyers show a disposition not to enter the market until compelled. The samples of new crop Victorian to hand are poor in quality, and compare very unfavourably with laßt year's. Stocks looally are now in very fow hands, and holders are content to await their opportunity of realising favourably.
