DEATH UNDER CHLOROFORM.
This morning a girl eight and a half yeara old, named Buby Janet Coedf, the daughter of Robert Coedf, of May's Boad, off Papanui Boad, died whilot an operation was being performed on a growth on her throat. Drs Manning and Brittan were in attendance. The latter administered the chloroform, while the former performed the operation.
