ADVANCES TO BErTLEBS.
MrH. Kembar, a well-known Welling* ton aocountant, has been appointed a nonofficial member of the Board of Advice under the Advances to Settlers Act.
BELIEF OP PABTOBAL TENANTS.
Begulations under the Pastoral Tenants Belief Act have been issued. Applications are to be made through the Land Boards by Nov. 21, and those considered deserving will be sent to the head office.
