[Special to Pbess Association.] SYDNEY, August 28. ? Mr Bradbury is of opinion that there is a splendid opening for Australian poultryand hares in England. At the proper season high prices would be obtained, bat at other timea . it would be useless to. export them. There is a large demand for butter, but better prices would be obtained if it were made up in a similar manner to other countries. There is a prejudice against Australian because of the method of packing. He believes that there is a great future before Australian canned meats. American is much inferior both in flavour and appearance, but the tinß are, better got up, whioh had a great effect on the sales. He had heard the Australian article highly spoken of on the Continent.
