Morris-Tube Shooting.

On Friday evening the members of the Christchuroh Working Men's Club Rifle Class fired off another competition at the 200 yds range for prizes kindly presented by Meßsra Vincent and Co., Mason, Struthera and Co., the Saxon Tea Company, Messrs T. Gapeß, W. W. Collins, M.H.R., C. H. Manning, S. H. Yernazoni and Burrell Bros. The following were the highest scorers :— R. C' Wills (ecr) 35, W. G. Munford (acr) 35, H. Thomaß (3) 35, W. Garrard (1) 34, E. Barlow (3) 34, J. Hastie (scr) 33, D. Aahton (2) 33, T. Clark (scr) 32, W. A. Caldwell (1) 32, J. A. Lummis (2) 32, G. H. Rodmell (4) 32 and JR. G. Forgio (5) 32. On Saturday evening the competition was for a class prize at 200 yds. The following were the highest scorers : — E. Barlow (3) 35, R. C. Wells (acr) 34, J. A. Lummia (2) ■ 34, J. Hastie (scr) 33, W. Garrard (1) 33, j A. Allan (2) 33, W. A. Caldwell (1) 32 and |T. Tillman (3) 32.— The first competition ! for the year of the Belfaat Morris Tube j Kifle Club waa finished on Friday last in J the Town Hall. The Library and j Hall Committee generously gave the • trophies. The conditions were six Bhots I each at 200, 300 and 500 yds. The follow- ! ing were the principal scorers :— Jobn . Hillier (3) and H. Sullivan (5) 70. In firing off for first and second prizes from scratch, 300 yds, George Collins beat John Smith by two poiate, 29 to 27. I
