Saturday, August 10. (Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) Deunkenkess.— -Aman whohadnot before been convicted for thia offence was fined 5s and costs, in default twenty-four houra' imprisonment. Larceny.— Albert Malzard was charged with having, on Augaet 10, stolen a quantity of firewood, value 6d, the property of Thomas Hancock, South Belt. The offence was proved, and accused was convicted and discharged.
