CHBIBTCHUBCH. Tuesday, Junk 11. (Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) Civil Casks. — Judgment by default with costs was given in the following cases :— A. Admore v. W. Hawkins, £1 11s 6d, costs ss ; Ash by, Bergh and Co. v. W. Elmslie, .£21 17s sd, coets £2.— H. Fuhrmann v. C. C. Rosa, claim £3 12s 6d. J udgmenc summons. Mr Franks appeared for the creditor. The debtor's ability to pay was proved, and he was ordered to pay the debt and costs within three weeks, in default three weeks' imprisonment. — The following cases were adjourned :<—Whitcombe v. J. Woodlands, £2 16b ; same v. T. G. De Eenzy, £1 16s j and Ashby, Bergh and Co. v. Harrup and Blackmore, £7 6s 9d, till June 18.
