Good , Templaby.— The usual weekly meeting of the Good Hope Lodge, Temuka, took place on Tuesday evening. There was a good attendance of members. Bro Wakely, C.T., presided. Pour new members were initiated during the evening. The programme of the evening was a musical one, and several very creditable items were given, including songs, recitations, musical selections, readings, &c. The meeting closed at 9.30. The lodge is now one of the largest in South Canterbury.— The usual weekly session of the Hope of Christchurch Lodge was held in the Druids' Hall on Tuesday evening, when there was a good attendance of members, Bro Eastwood, C.T., presiding. After receßS several committees were appointed to carry out the conversazione to be held in connection with the lodge anniversary. The lodge then adjourned for harmony, when the following brethren and sisters assisted :— Pianoforte solo, Bro Wilson ; songß, Bros Jeesup.Kose and Fellingham, Sisters Analey and E. Bastion ; recitation, Sister Lightfoot. Bro Wilson accompanied the songs.
