ST ALBANS.
A special meeting of the St A" bans Borough Council was held last evening; present — the Mayor (Mr J. Penteney), Councillors Money, Morgan, Mill ton, Waymouth, Keig, Brooker and Wake. An apology for absence was received from Councillor Tyree. The burgers liet was passed, and the Mayor and Councillors Keig and Millton were authorised to sign, it.
