LIN WOOD v. SYDENHAM.

There is not much ecope for a lengthened report of this match. Lin wood, starting from the kick-off, rapidly ran up twentytwo points in tho first spell, and although the local team ■ stubbornly contested every inch of, ground in the second spell, they left; the ground defeated by thirty points to five. Almost immediately after Mr Soper had started tha game Glenoie ran in for Lin wood, and Hobb-3 hit the bar with'the kick, B—o.
