Meeting of Creditors.
JOHN PERCY.
The adj onr nod meeting of the creditors in the estate of John Percy, bootmaker, of Colomo Street, was held yeaterday after* noon. There were five creditors preient. Mr Eaphael appeared for tho debtor.' Some digouosion took place, in the cours9 of whioh the Assignee said that he would get certain information necessary in the in* terests of the creditors. Ml* H. Toomer said that ho was dissatisfied with the conduct of the debtor, but was not prepared to take any action against him. The meeting shortly afterwards adjourned, the estate being left in the hands of the Official Assignee.
